A first in the region and beyond, the Pacific Open Education Data app is a publicly and freely available app that can access all the publicly available educational data of a country using the Pacific EMIS. Available for both Android and iPhone and you get it online or on your phone.
The Pacific Open Education Data public app aims to more easily and widely disseminate information. It comes freely for anyone using the Pacific EMIS project and is in constant development improving based on user feedback. It supports completely offline access to data (e.g. teachers in remote communities).
Unfortunately, there is no documentation for this app at the moment. However, it is relatively easy to simply just browser around and checkout interesting data and statistics. Feel free to send us questions or feedback by contacting us.
